I have always been a fan of Asian cuisine especially their staple appetizer which is dumplings. Whether it’s siomai or sharks fin, I can’t have enough of these bite sized goodness especially their dipping sauce. Yum! Like Parsley Sage Sweet, I’ve had my fair share of trials making this delicacy. And as expected, I failed like a thousand times! But eventually, I achieved perfection.
