I found this really great tutorial for those of you who want to build your own crafting desk. I first saw an idea for this that included two book shelves for support on either side and then a nice big piece of MDF for the topper. Another idea I saw was a compilation of different pieces of furniture – bookshelves, part of an old table etc.
