I’m excited to feature this project from Living Well Spending Less cause my nieces are fond of joining activities and there are times when they needed costume! So glad I’m a DIY freak and was able to help out my sister create budget friendly costumes for them like this full tulle skirt. I got the instructions from Ruth (Living Well Spending Less) and it’s so easy to do.
